Focuses on creating nervous system safety, reducing overwhelm, and bringing consistency to daily patterns like eating, sleep, and coping. This stage offers steady, responsive support to help manage urges, dysregulation, and moments that feel difficult to navigate alone. It’s for when things feel unsteady and support is needed now to regain a sense of grounding and stability.
4–6 Weeks
Strengthening
Focuses on building emotional regulation, resilience, and the skills needed to navigate patterns more effectively. This stage supports increasing capacity, creating consistency, and developing practical tools to manage urges, emotions, and day-to-day challenges with more confidence and control. It’s for when some stability is in place, but continued support and skill-building are needed to move forward.
8–12 Weeks
Sustainment
Focuses on maintaining progress, deepening self-trust, and integrating change into everyday life. This stage supports long-term consistency and a more grounded sense of identity, so progress feels sustainable rather than forced. It’s for when the goal is to maintain growth while building independence and confidence over time.
